'Twas the Night Before Christmas......

....And all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a MOUSE! Don't worry, I won't torture you with the whole poem :)

Our Christmas eve was so fun! First we attended the Vaughans home for a lovely Christmas Eve Service. Thanks, Vaughans!!

Ali shows us her mad skills.
Lovely ladies a-chatting before service.
The band's stage.
Ooooh I think Mom is already tired *wink*
Sweetness!!
Some of our church friends.
Cute sisters!
"Please be seated."
After the service, I asked for the musicians' autographs, and photographs.
They cheerily obliged me.

After that we headed home and played MONOPOLY with Uncle Mike, who spent Christmas Eve night, and then spent Christmas day as well.... LOVE that game!
The battlefield.
The team of extroverts! Actually Mike and I went out and then I hung around being banker (and taking pictures) while Mike helped Ellie.
We played Lord of the Rings version.
And the introvert team: Robert!! (who looks more extrovert actually in this picture!!) haha.
Dad, who had declined to play, came in to pronounce his predictions.
Apparently the extrovert team is pleased with themselves.
So is intro man.
COOL!!
Gandalf, coming down the lane....
Grins!!
Everyone is starting to get tired a little cranky at this point.
But good old Rob looks chipper enough. However...
The chipper fellow lost and Rich-E (as we call her in GAMES only) has triumphed again!
The proud winners.
The sad loser.

Thanks for dropping by--stay tuned for Christmas DAY!!!
